Teams

“Success is best when it’s shared”

Howard Schultz

These days it seems that every group of people in an organisation is expected to call themselves a team. Team members are expected to unquestionably buy-in to the idea of being ‘one team’ and putting the team before their own demanding workloads and individual KPI’s. The result can be cynicism, lack of trust, unclear accountabilities, lack of commitment, and inefficient team meetings.

It doesn’t have to be like this. If a group can genuinely benefit from becoming a team our aim is to help it function as more than the sum of its parts. This doesn’t happen overnight. The best teams recognise the importance of continually investing time into their development.

“Mark has made a huge difference to our individual skills and the way we operate as a team. He has a very good way of working with you to make it feel like your idea even though it’s from him! He also has a huge knowledge and will openly challenge you and your thinking. I would highly recommend Mark to use with executive coaching either individually or to help with your team.”
