Coaching
“If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you”
FRED DEVITO
In sport it is taken for granted that top athletes and players all work with coaches. Yet in business where leaders are also expected to deliver performance under pressure, there is often little formal support provided. Whilst colleagues may give adhoc support and guidance they often have their own agendas and can be understandably be reluctant to give honest feedback.
Working with an external coach can be extremely helpful. In one study 96% of organizations saw individual performances improve after they introduced coaching. Nearly as many (92%) also reported improvements in leadership and management effectiveness.

WHAT WE DO
We work as thinking partners
Bringing support and challenge, the best coaches work as ‘thinking partners’, helping leaders to discover any blind spots and potential derailers and to work through their key challenges and areas of development. Coaching sessions might also be the only place that senior leaders receive any challenging feedback on how they are approaching their role.
We have coached hundreds of leaders and managers from a wide variety of organisational sectors. Our coaches act as a sounding board, challenge your thinking, walk alongside you, encourage you and build your confidence.
Our coaches have a range of backgrounds and specialisms to match your needs. Following a successful chemistry meeting we can agree objectives and timescales. Our clients typically commit to working with us for a 6 to 9-month period, with sessions every 4-6 weeks

“I was fortunate to have Mark as my coach in my previous role as Sporting Director at Wolverhampton Wanderers. We got on well straight away and I found our sessions tremendously valuable in helping me think about how I could more effectively lead my department. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for support to become a more effective leader.”
